Terms & Conditions
- There is a 2 hour minimum charge on all jobs. Between 1-4 hours is charged hourly; 4-10 hours as a day rate and any additional hours thereafter at time and a half.
- Extra fuel charges apply when travelling outside our local area.
- Additional charges will be made for moves outside our local area and those above ground floor without a lift or awkward access.
- Waste disposal is charged at the local rate currently circa £55 per ½ tonne.
- An extra payment of £8 is required if travelling through the Congestion Charge Zone.
- Parking must be arranged prior to the move and is the responsibility of the customer to organise this. Any parking charges/fines must be paid by the customer on completion of the job.
- Full payment is due on completion of the move. Interest will be due from the customer at the applicable rate on any outstanding debt.
- Job arrival times are estimated and whilst we will do our best to arrive on time, this cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.
- A deposit may be required to secure a booking and may be lost or a cancellation fee deducted from it if expenses are incurred by the company as a result of a cancellation or postponement (see full terms and conditions).
